cCarbon sells carbon market and climate finance analysis, the kind of data that moves money in a sector most people can't even describe. Their buyers are institutional, technical and skeptical by trade.

THE CHALLENGE

Climate finance competes on credibility, and every site in the category looks like a PDF: long pages, no hierarchy, nothing to hold on to. The hard part was never making it look good. It was making dense, technical content readable without stripping out what makes it valuable, because this buyer distrusts anything that looks simplified.

THE SOLUTION

I built two directions on the same principle: turn density into something the reader can get through. The first is light and clear, with 3D natural elements carrying transparency and renewal, for the audience buying clarity and environmental alignment. The second is dark and spatial, cCarbon as the firm that sees past the noise, navigating complexity like a satellite above the data, for the audience buying intellectual firepower. Same content, two arguments about who they are. I rebuilt the entire interface, through the US agency that had them as a client.

THE OUTCOME

Approved by the agency's creative director.
