2025
Amor de Cão is the first purpose-driven social network where dogs act as the bridge to genuine human connection. Built for people who believe that loyalty, empathy, and affection create deeper relationships, the platform matches users through the most honest filter that exists: their dog. Despite its unique mission, the original website failed to express this emotional depth. It felt generic, amateur, and didn’t communicate the true essence behind the brand.
THE CHALLENGE
The previous website didn’t capture the soul of the product. It didn’t explain why Amor de Cão is radically different from traditional dating or social apps — and it didn’t speak to its core audience: women 40+, seeking emotional safety, authenticity, and meaningful relationships. There was no storytelling, no visual identity aligned with the brand’s purpose, and no emotional clarity about what makes the app truly transformative.
THE SOLUTION
The redesign focused on emotion, purity, and human connection. I created a clean, pastel-based visual identity aligned with the ICP, supported by strong photography, soft shapes, and micro-interactions that make the experience feel warm, modern, and welcoming. The new narrative positions the dog as the protagonist — the mirror, bridge, and emotional filter. Through thoughtful copy, intuitive hierarchy, and an onboarding flow that explains how to download and use the app, the site now communicates the heart of the brand: real people connecting through the most genuine love there is.
